A Certified Microsoft Small Business Specialist holding Microsoft Certified Partner status as well as partnerships with Dell, Symantec, and Cisco, Craig continually strives to remain current in all aspects of IT solution building and support knowledge, as well as maintaining his interest in medical and legal applications.

Jackson

Jackson’s experience in the small business sector established his valuable understanding of a small businesses’ needs and budgets. Committed to providing affordable round-the-clock support, Jackson is Cisco VoIP certified as well as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for Windows Server 2003. He is a graduate of DeVry University.

Ron

With background in medical billing, specifically as a medical software writer at Medata, Ron brings specialized knowledge of a medical practice’s technology needs. A graduate of Texas A&M University, he is also a Cisco Certified Network Associate and a Microsoft Certified Professional
